So I guess no 3DS for me .
3DS is totally going to be worth it though. If only for the device itself. There are a few 3DS games I am looking forward to though.

The device itself seems great, but in the end it's all about the games.
Usually there's the some main titles (mario/mario kart, zelda and some fighting game or a game by rockstar ;D) and the rest is usually not very interesting.
I'll buy it second hand in 2017 or something

Actually, I generally don't care for handhelds.

But I'm thinking hard about getting a 3DS.

No but this time around the device itself is King and the games are pretty secondary.

Read this article.

Little Nintendo 3DS Features You Should Know About // Siliconera

there are so many features to the device. I even read you can watch netflix on it as well.

Well they go PSP and do it 10x better because they know how to rule the handheld market. I also like the whole coin system. The more you walk around with your DS outside the more coins you get. It promotes activity so that those chubby little bastard gets move around a bit more.

I dunno. I have a Game Gear, Lynx 1&2, Gameboy, GBC, GBA and a PSP.
I can't say that the Nintendo handhelds are much better than the others.
I prefer the PSP over all of them, obviously.
And the Lynx and Game Gear definitely aren't worse than the GB/GBC

And the Lynx.
