^Haha Kirby, that's really cool

I've been playing a lot of Brütal Legend lately. I have to say, based on my expectations which were a bit mediocre, I'm both pleasantly surprised and impressed! The game is a lot of fun and Jack Black in the role of main char Eddie Riggs is absolutely brilliant. I expected it to be a linear type beat'em up game and was very happy when I found out it has stuff like open world exploration and strategic battles and stuff. Most of all, it's a game with a very thorough style and personality; it has soul. A lot of that comes from Black's excellent performance, but the well-crafted world and story which the game devs have created fits around him like a mold. Great stuff!

I think any musicbanterer with a console to play it on should get it.

When does Killzone 3/Crysis 2/Bulletstorm come out? I might play Red Dead Redemption again if there is enough time
Killzone 3 & Bulletstorm = Feb. 22
Crysis 2 = March 22

I absolutely loved Brutal Legend. I still have it next to my 360 actually. It helps that Jack Black is one of my favorite musicians (I adore Tenacious D's two albums)

Has Gaming Really Gotten More Expensive? in High Definition

paying 600 something dollars for an atari system that's pure madness.

Yeah buddy! I used to get down on that a bit.

I've been hooked on FIFA 11 since its release, actually so hard that I started playing on a soccer team.

I had big plans too. I tunneled under a lake and was going to mine out a huge cavern. Then I was going to build a large interconnected village of huts and houses. Then, as the finishing touch, I was going to dig sporadic holes in the ceiling to create small waterfalls throughout my village.

It was going to be fantastic. Then I realized how much ****ing work that is.

I'm about to re-play Assassin's Creed 2 because I'm planning on getting Brotherhood soon. Is it worth it to play all the way from the first one or should I skip the monotony and go straight for the second?
