You're not missing anything by skipping COD's single player. I don't understand why people praise these campaigns. They are literally "run down a linear path and shoot the various bad guys". Of course, Halo is no exception to this rule.

Am I having fun yet?

COD4's single player was okay, but MW2's single player was horrendous.

I thought Halo Reach's campaign was flawless. It took me 10 hours first day on legendary. For a game whose main purpose is Multiplayer, Halo Reach wins for greatest campaign.

I'm debating whether to get Black Ops or just completely sell my ps3. Probably end up selling my ps3, the money spent on games and stuff is just too pricey for me right now.. But I played MW2 and absolutely loved it. first non-sports game I really played. Awesome multiplayer and online play, I still play it from time to time. Never bothered much with single player stuff, always bores me a little. I like playing with others.

Sell your PS3. Get an Xbox 360. Get Halo Reach.

Well the only reason I really stayed with playstation was cause I just grew up with playstation products, and the only games I ever really played were MVP Baseball/MLB The Show and Madden. Never really been into gaming. Bought a ps3 this summer and don't play it enough to really warrant the money i spent on it. So I was thinking of just selling it and getting whatever money i could for it. Cause lately all I've been playing is Super Smash Bros on N64 when I'm really blazed. Love the old school games.

Agreed. Mario Kart and Super Smash were games I played. Actually didn't really start playing Smash Bros til college when my buddy found his old N64. I like Super Smash way better on the N64 than the Gamecube too

Does anyone remember this. I was talking with my brother yesterday on how games back then were so much better than the games today, because they focused on one thing, making it fun.
