But surely this will succeed and not be a total failure like the Wii, right? |

I would just **** myself if Nintendo put the money and effort towards a high-def, expanded single player Metroid game for my 360. |

While the Wii can't emulate the power of it's competitors when it comes to striking realism. It still has enough power to create something truly aesthetically pleasing as long as the skill and imagination is there. I think it's a good thing that the Wii isn't so advanced graphically, because as games today become more obsessed with realism they lose something else, uniqueness. The Wii's lack of power means that developers have to actually get creative in the visual department instead of wasting their time trying to simulate the real life physics of ass muscles. I still think Okami is one of the best looking games released in recent years and that was for the PS2 and Wii. |

I see what you mean, but I feel like Nintendo could successfully meld BioShock and Dead Space into one, glorious single player adventure. And really, the template is already laid out for them so that they really don't have to do much innovation. It's kinda like what you were talking about on the previous page. Metroid Prime did it right: there was weapon/upgrade acquisition, but it didn't underrwhelm you nor did make you into a one man walking nuke. All I need is my grappling hook, morph ball, and jump maneuvers, and I'm set to shell out $70 to spend countless hours exploring a virtual world.
I played MP1, 2, and 3. While shooting **** as Samus with the Wii-mote was fun for a bit, it got tiresome. I would have rather they avoided it altogether in the third installment, to be honest. |

Has anyone ever played Iron Storm for PC?
I've recently been trying to replay old games I used to play when I was younger, and I'm going to try this one out again today. I remember that it set quite the atmosphere, but had some weird glitches that popped up now and then. |
