I watched about an hour of gameplay for this a year or so ago and never actually picked the game up for myself, it's on GamePass, so I went ahead a got it. It's got a mixture of somewhat Dark Souls mechanics with shortcuts and focused combat. The gameplay overall is fun, and there's potential for upgrades etc etc. The combat is super satisfying, and you upgrade your character by cutting off limbs and finding schematics for the armor the enemies are wearing. Really neat way to do it, and it makes killing the same enemies again worth it, since you have to kill them again when you die.
I recommend.

I downloaded and tried a first-person modified ROM for Ocarina of Time - it was curious, but the camera controls are terrible. I'll stick with the original.

Just to say that I finished Journey, can't say I get the enthusiasm.
Also that download of Ori was a bust because when I was buying my Intel NUC it never occured to me that I would need a stronger set up to play games, it kept trying to load it until I googled minimum requirements and I don't have them! such a dumbass.
Now I'm trying Fall guys (and actually paid a PSN subscription because of it, what a gyp) and Unravel 2, neither one of which makes me crazy. I also pretty much gave up on The last of us (I guess I'm just not into horro zombie stuff). Sigh. It's all down hill after God of War and Rayman legends.
Finished Unravel 2.
Looking at the trailer now, it's possible it's more fun to play it with someone else. As a solo game, it's an ok puzzle platformer, mostly about solving puzzles and jumping around, no fights or anything. The puzzles are ok, if you get stuck there is help so it doesn't ever get very frustrating. There were additional levels but it didn't really attract me enough to play them. Graphics are ok. There was some kind of a story going on in the background, couldn't figure out what it was about, seemed like ghosts of kids, not sure if family or friends, mostly in some kind of negative situations so not sure if this is some kind of healing after trauma game or what. It was mostly lost on me.
Let's say 3.5/5.
Moving on to Tearaway unfolded.
Media molecule games are so creative (creators of Little big planet 1 and 2). I'm a little hesitant to get Dreams because it seems centered on creating, which they started with in LBP but I never used that feature since I'm not creative at all. Hmmm...

Anybody else had analog drift problems with their PS4 controllers? I'm pretty pissed because I bought my PS4 about a year ago and BOTH controllers now have this problem. ONE YEAR. I tried the reset, pressing down and twirling the sticks, nada. I'm gonna take it to the Sony store but I absolutely can't believe the shoddy craftmanship on this. Plenty of people are reporting the problem and it seems the solution would be to just buy a new one? Huh?? Every year I'm gonna buy a new bloody controller??

Apparently drift is an issue with most controllers now because the people making the hardware monopolized the market and cut costs or something like that.

Never have the means of production been in such dire need of seizing.

Hopefully one of the console makers starts making their own or something. It's awful PR for Nintendo, etc.

Speaking of Nintendo, anyone have an opinion on Switch? It looks cool and might actually offer more arcade games which PS4 seems to be sorely lacking.

Started The Medium tonight. Will report back once I finish because I'm pretty sure I'll be spending most of my time playing this.
