1. Just read Hush for a precedent of a Batman story where Superman shows up to upend the whole thing by being mind controlled by Poison Ivy. So you get to fight god damn Superman as a boss with your kryptonite ring or whatever, and then later he helps out by laying absolute waste (under your control) to an army of thugs who would have been NES hard were you Batman, culminating in *insert crazy threat level DC villain*.

2. Aside from Superman: The Animated Series grooming me for later fandom this trade right here made me care as an adult. It starts with Superman depowered so you get to care about Clark Kent first, and then he gets his powers back in a scene that kicked me in the head with just how insanely cool Superman really is. And it's written by both Geoff Johns and Kurt Busiek.

Also the Death of Superman animated movie is a phenomenal love letter to Superman you should watch if you want a quick way to convert.

$35 for this game in a generic case is a pretty decent deal without being so low as to set off my counterfeit alarm bells but I don't really have much experience with fake cartridges so what do y'all think?
