If you've still got a 3DS, Samus Returns is really fun. Plus, Shantae And The Pirate's Curse >>>

Yeah. Starting over from scratch. Sucks, but at least Nintendo has the balls to not push out games that they aren't confident in. And now Retro Studios, the same peeps that made the OG Prime games, are gonna be working on it.

Oh, it wasn't them last time? Good news then. Retro hasn't ever made a bad game really:

Metroid Prime 1-3
Donkey Kong Country Returns / Tropical Freeze
Mario Kart 7

That is the one thing my mind always goes back to when I think about picking it back up. An FPS with only one analog stick is hard to get used to in this day and age. I'll probably just end up playing Symphony of the Night tbh. It's the only Metroidvania Castlevania I haven't given much time to. I also need to rebuy Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia cause I never finished it and it was lit.

I do need a PS controller for my computer though. That and an N64 controller are my only flaws.

Yes. I think the choice to not do dual stick controls was for exactly that. They didn't want it to be a FPS, they wanted it to be an adventure / exploration game.

I enjoyed re-playing it on the Wii though, those controls felt pretty dang slick (so did RE4).

Don't most games use the right stick for camera? I'm pretty sure I played a 007 FPS on GC at some point that used it. Maybe no first party games?
