Srsly though, finish that game experience everything it has to offer, and then play SR2. Then pay SR3 and SR4. That will be a perfectly good gaming experience and I fully endorse it. GTA4 will just be a disappointment that's GTA3 upgraded whereas playing SR2 will make sense after playing both just up til GTA San Andreas and having played SR1, and then SR3 and SR4 will be amazing because they're just so off the ****ing wall. And then play GTA 5 cause then you'll be ready for the ultimate GTA giant map modern experience. Just do that and skip GTA 4 and you'll have a full experience of fun.

Indeed. As far as I'm concerned you can totes skip from San Andreas to GTA5 with the entire Saints Row series inbetween but you absolutely do need to play GTA5. Trevor from GTA5 is hands down the best character in any of those games by a ****ing mile.

Like, he's OccultHawk if OH were allowed to kill people without repercussions. That's exactly who Trevor is and it makes me like both of them more.
