Haven't been playing much of anything but Etrian Odyssey V for the past week and it's all the pure RPG grindfest party building exploration smorgasbord I was hoping for. I can play at work, I can set my party to auto-walk through the map for grinding while I watch Youtube or whatever, it's perfect for just about any amount of time or attention I have to give. Or I can just play the ****ing game.
You start the game out by forming and naming a guild (mine's "AltLiquor"). Then you create party members with no past, no dialogue, no nothing but your own imagination. I currently have 10 members, enough for two parties. My first team is made up of... Front Line Dharma - Dragoon: tank with a gun.  Trish - Masurao: terrible defense, bombass attack.  Chad - Harbinger: status effect terrorist.  Back Line Shiksa - Warlock: ****in' mage. Couldn't find a good size pic of the coloring I gave her though.  Bert - Botanist: hobbit healer.  My B team who I am currently power leveling... Front Line Greg - Fencer: shifty-ass dodge tank.  John Cena - Pugilist: like a wrestler or something.  Back Line TITania - Necromancer: all-purpose support and status effects. And boobs.  Terra - Rover: she's got a god damn hawk.  Ernie - Shaman: also support but more healing focus.  I'm assuming I'll be making more characters and mixing and matching them as the game progresses but those teams are both fun as **** atm. And yes it's possible I'm a huge ****ing weeb.

Or FF14. Its super weeb and the new expansion is adding bunny people as a female only race. Its damn fun though

I've seen a bit of it and it looks like potentially the last word in zombie horror games. Just the lighting in that game is enough to make me stressed out. Waiting for it to go on sale.
