So is Tekken Tag Tournament 2 alright for single player? I think it's mostly supposed to be a multiplayer game and I have one real friend I'd ever play it with and as far as I know he doesn't play fighting games either and we almost never hang out in a situation that isn't going out to eat, going to the movie theater, or playing disc golf. Wouldn't be opposed to having an ace in the hole for a two player blast even if it's almost never used though.

Depends what you wanna do. I like playing the endless mode where you can select your next opponent and rise in the ranks, with AI opponents getting tougher and tougher. You unlock stuff for the character edit mode along the way. There's a survival mode too and team battle, I think.
I like single player in fighting games if the AI is fun to fight. Tekken Tag 2 is one of the few fighting games I've still got for my 360... got rid of most of them. TT2 is fun for me, even though I never touch online. |

Sounds promising. TBH if I whip out a fighting game to play with my buddy while we're half tanked it'd probably be more fun to give each other thirty seconds each to memorize move sets for our respective characters in Injustice just for the novelty of comic book characters fighting each other.

I used to play fighting games (including Tekken) pretty seriously with a couple friends now and then. But these days, we pretty much stick to board games.
Now, I only really play video/computer games with my brother. For the last many months, we've pretty much been sticking to taking turns with some single player PC games. A couple days ago, we managed to finish Leisure Suit Larry 3. I think playing through all of these various single player games together is more fun than playing versus. Leaves plenty of room to sit and talk about things while playing. We're also in the middle of completing Unreal, Jill of the Jungle and Leisure Suit Larry 5. |

Co-op Halo is still the standard tbh.

We did play some co-op halo back in the day. Halo Reach and 4 to be specific. Neither of us are really that into shooters anymore, but I've completed many on my own back in my first handful years of having a 360.

OG Halo was probably the first real co-op game that wasn't some kind of Contra **** though I remember and OG Halo co-op still holds up today.

Just picked up Bayonetta 2 on the Switch. Why can't all games just be this?
Gonna get so many stares on the bus whenever I do one of her glorious naked finishers on a boss.
