I wanna play an MMO but I get so bored of them easily because they're all the same thing.

I only played one competitive season of Overwatch. I actually started in diamond somehow but fell to low plat. Doesn't change the fact I can say I was diamond though. Played Moira or Tracer, and if I needed to be a tank because of stubborn teammates we probably lost.

The game takes too long to add new stuff so I havent played in a while but its the kind of game I could definitely come back to

I wish I'd gotten into Overwatch when it first came out because I remember everyone just loving it. Now it's sort of fallen into the LoL curse where the community is still strong, but the game just gets older and older.

What? Just play it. It's a great game. Only downside is the toxicity regarding hero picks.

i got into league after more than 100+ champs, no reason why a person can’t get into OW while the hero pool is still relatively small. the most important part of learning the games is understanding how each character works and what will/wont counter them effectively. because of sheer amount of characters OW is like 1/4th of what league requires.

you know what i want to do in a MOBA, play a role entirely based on helping some dumbass ad carry who can’t stop running into 5vs1s with vayne

i really like support in Overwatch fwiw, and tanks outside of maybe Orisa and Rein are cool.

If you hink Rein is all about holding up your shield youre playing him wrong

Isn't MOBA an RTS sub-genre whereas FPS is clearly what Overwatch is?

Overwatch is undoubtedly a FPS. It's definitely mobaesque tho. You also have to remember most MOBA's have creeps, isometric viewpoint, etc.
