It isn't my favourite, but the Black Books theme is cool. It's quite reminiscent of some of the guitarwork on Rain Dogs actually.

The Blackadder II theme with the Brian May guitar tone is cool too:

I thought that, in fact i thought as far as to think it was a Tom Waits song i hadn't heard.
