It actually sounded more like it was a reference to some popular saying or phrase...or at the very least some article that would have gained huge traction. Well, clearly you do know what to tell me or you wouldn't have said anything at all.

The youth?

It is saying the youth culture is reinventing capitalism, but it isn't making any point one way or the other as to whether or not is a positive or negative change.

That's exactly what a capitalist youth would say
