Ren and Stimpy obviously, decent cartoons are really thin on the ground right now, at least on UK tv... South Park repeats always get laughs if i'm on the deathbed of boredom.

The only other big 'adult' cartoons in syndication are Family Guy and the Simpsons, the former doesn't make me laugh anymore and the latter is a dead horse.

back in the day though it was always Turtles, though of course I preferred the really violent movies

getting deja vu here... so if i've already said all this give me a telling off

Bring back Home Movies already, that was inspired, especially when watched late night

okay time to drag out some memories, by their hair if necessary

this one is singed onto my brain forever. We used to rent the tiny toons game on the Megadrive which i thought was amazing

This was weird, with the cock-nosed bad guy

this was the f*cking best

i won't burden you with all the Disney shows i came across, they obviously weren't doing too badly in the 90's

Since this is a music forum, I have to admit I was always a fan of 1960's Beatles cartunes as they were called.

The Flintstones were also quite clever especially when they had guest stars such as Samantha Stevens (using the actual voice of Elizabeth Montgomery and D. York's Darren's voice) from "Bewitched".

I also loved the Pink Panther cartoons on NBC along with the music that went along with it (the anteater cartoon series during the Pink Panther was also a classic).

Another one of my favorite cartoons as a kid, that was also very musical, was the Archies, and the Jackson 5 and the Osmonds' cartoons were cute.

I also had a fondness as a kid for the Scooby Doo cartoons. (I always wanted a copy of that van that the Scooby Doo mystery solvers drove around in).

Boondocks is hilarious. Other cartoons I thought were good have to be The Angry Beavers and Catdog just cause both were so different from other shows. They were funny in a weird way other than obvious humor.

YES! Its nice to see somebody else that like this show. It seems that all of my friends dislike this show, I wasn't exactly getting into it at first but after a few episodes, I began to love it.
