Love Jet Li's "Fearless"

I also love all of the Night of the Living Dead movies, but especially the original.

(this is a little outdated since they actually posted a review or two on the site but the AICN search engine is lackluster at best)

thanks

i can't believe they didn't do a survivor movie instead. it was a much better book.. the only reason i was even able to finish choke was because it was a palahnuik novel. diary was another dud of his. i tried reading haunted but i just couldn't do it. they shoulda stuck with survivor or lullaby. of course, unfortunately, none of them will ever be as good as fight club

survivor has been optioned and should become a movie soon.. i know that fox or sony had the rights to it years ago but then 9/11 happened and it didnt seem like the right time to make a movie about a hijacker, so they let the rights lapse and now someone else has them.. i forget who at the moment...

Honestly I think Fight Club is overrated, I really didn't enjoy it as much as Choke.

I think with Haunted he was more into pushing limits. It comes together at the end really well though, you should give it another try.

I think one of the main problems with Fight Club is that a lot of kids who saw it when it came out or saw it on DVD started taking it as scripture. They will quote it as if Tyler Durden is a real anti-establishment activist. Nevermind the fact that most of these people fail to realize that they are getting their anarchist and anti-establishment views and theories from a $100 million dollar movie with corporate sponsorship. Therein lies the irony.
Besides khakis are cool, I'll be my khakis all I damn please.

Half the kids who worship Fight Club don't even realize that it's one of Chuck's books. I actually got in an arguement with this girl in my german class about if the book came before the movie which is sad because the movie leaves out/changes alot of the best scenarios in the book.

It's probably because they agree with it... I have felt the same feelings towards society before, the movie however does a good job of articulating them. TBH I had no idea fight club was based off a book...

There has only been two so how does that figure? The original and the remake (1990). Bonus point for the link between both (other than that is a remake).
