Seltzer the biggest hole in your sitcom list is The Fall & Rise Of Reginald Perrin.
I'd highly recommend The Armando Innucci shows too. Not really a sitcom but he partly wrote most of the ones in your list. There was an awesome sitcom in the late 80s called Chelmsford 123, might be hard to get hold of though. I'm STILL waiting for it to come out on Dvd
