I know this has been said but Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia is one of the best shows ever. I also like The Office, Seinfeld, and Family Guy...a pretty generic list I know.

House because Greg House is an awesome character.
Heroes because the storyline is so twisty it almost doesnt make sense. CSI because they've kept it interesting for so long. And they don't get TOO involved with an ongoing storyline so if I miss an epi then I'm not too lost. And Lady Heather is awesome.
