The amount of times I've sent that link to people is beyond belief.

I can't think of any TV Programmes other than The Rugrats, The Simpsons and South Park that have turned their programme into a film.. and they are all animated.
I can spell it now, but when I'm not thinking about them I slip up .
I was going to say before I read out that they're animations. I think it'd be alot easier for an animation to become a film. No bad acting really eh? or you'd think.

The show was Firefly which was great but was cancelled way too soon. Serenity was a great film.

Oh and dont forget the Monty Python films.

It was a TV show first.

Oh and by the way, im not claiming those films were all necessarily better than the TV shows they were born from, more just that they were done with a level of success. And it was more just to wind Kay up. :-P

Firefly and Serenity are really damn good. Joss Whedon knows what he is doing. If you liked Buffy or Angel, you will like Firefly. It has the same kind of character development and humor...plus it's in freakin space.

and Summer Glau is hot.

Well most of your favorite television shows as well as new series will be making their way into your home. Well Harper's Island 1x11- Splash is my one of the most favourite TV show. I really believe that it is so emotional it actually had me tearing up. Well one true that I have never been so sad before.
