Best programme on TV for years. 'The Thick of it'.
Prime Minister's spin doctor Malcolm Tucker at his very best from the film 'In the Loop'.

I really like American Dad and Batman The Animated Series.

For live action I choose Scrubs.

It certainly ISN'T a favourite but I have been intrigued by this series:

Man v. Food - TV Shows - Travel Channel

I felt physically sick after one show (72 ounce burger WTF?). I barely spotted any greenery throughout the show! Before I get flamed for this. I didn't make it! It's not an outsiders view of things but a view of America made by an American that may be distorted but holy crap. Dairy + meat = yuk

I've been watching quite a bit of Man vs. Food on Netflix, it's funny how he gets all into it. But by far Two and a Half Men is the best one imo, The Big Bang Theory is pretty funny too.

I have a hard time telling those crime shows apart, seems like the same plot is just recycled 10 different times, the only thing that changes is whether the victim was molested beforehand.
