Thought I'd split my favourites up into different categories to make it easier for myself. So yeah, it seems HBO make good television, with all five of my drama choices being HBO productions.

Drama series

Deadwood
Rome
The Wire
Oz
The Sopranos

Comedy series

Seinfeld
The Office (UK)
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Blackadder
Peep Show

Documentary series

The World At War
Blue Planet
Coast
Ascent of Man
The Life Series (Attenborough)

I thought that was the whole point. You're supposed to hate him. On a good sitcom, theres always that character that you love to hate. Maybe thats just me, and maybe its because I love that show.

The show I have been getting into lately is Hell's Kitchen. I watch it for the same reason anyone watches it--- to see Chef Ramsey throw big fits.

I also forgot one show that I absolutlely love. I forgot about it in my original list, because it was taken off my channels a while ago and I haven't got to watch it in FOREVER

I said the same with people who have always said the same thing about the original. If you don't like The Office then you don't like The Office, its not like I could care either way but if you dont like The Office because "that David Brent is well annoying" then it's obviously just gone way over your head.

I have only seen one or two of the American ones but I would imagine Steve Carell's character is pretty similar in that sense.

You should check out the British version presented by Marco Pierre White.
The man who trained Gordon Ramsey & made him cry

Likewise with me, started watching True Blood today after getting through most of the more acclaimed ones. What was your favorite so far?

Oh well, different strokes for different folks I guess.
I completely agree. For me he is the funniest character on that show, simply how he manages to make any and every situation awkward and always manages to deliver hilariously inappropriate lines at the wrong time.

I have recently been made to watch 2 or 3 episodes of America's Next Top Model. Now, theres some spineless, dumb fucks that don't deserve to be on TV.
