Brick was decent. Not brilliant or anything, but I enjoyed watching it for sure and thought it was different from most of the slop movie people like to feed us now days. Definitely worth £1 anyway.

Every movie is different from the book, that's kinda the whole point of translating a literal medium to a visual one.

Though in this movie's case, it makes so many changes that it not only ignores the meaning of the book but the meaning of it's own damn title. The original ending was gonna be in there, but test audiences didn't like it.

So f*ck off Richard Matheson, teenagers who watch every crappy movie know more than you do.

But they changed the whole point of the monsters and the ending but still included clues hinting toward the original ending.

So what? Name one film adaptation that didn't change things from the book.

It's not the fact they changed things, they changed the important things. The title doesn't even make sense in the movie, that's how badly they screwed it up.

Toy Story 1 and 2 on blueray. Only had it on VHS before. Haven't watched it yet though.
I loved seeing it in 3D too.
