Aw I read it as a teenager and I think at the time I could relate to a lot of aspects of it. I think if I re-read it now it probably wouldn't appeal to me as much.

Yeah it was only about a year ago I bought it to read. It's still hanging around somewhere. I might give it one more try sometime. I haven't seen the film either.

Mysterious Skin, absolutely sublime. I don't know why I waited so long to buy it, it really is an amazing film. Since viewing it's probably gone straight into my top 5, can't wait to watch it again.

I watched that a couple of nights back. Twas OK but I had many gripes with it too. I wouldn't watch it again put it that way.
