My favorite author ever. A Song Of Ice And Fire is my favorite series ever. A Clash Of Kings is possibly the best book ever, and definetaly my favorite. It's amazing how developes characters, but even that doesn't compare with his multi-faceted stroytelling. So get the books and read all 3500 pages of them! His short stories are good as well, and Windhaven or whatever it was called is good.

Well, you can't. But I get a sense of sarcasm in your statement.

No admonishment for the author or his work, just the fact that you used " ever" in each of those superlatives.

Yah. I'm a major fanboy. Finished all 4 books currently out in 1 week and read it over 2 more time in the next month.

Reviving this thread because it deserves to be. Anyone excited for the HBO series? Speculations on what will happen next book? Isn't Tyrion cool? Isn't Littlefinger a sneaky son of a bitch? Who else feels a strange sympathy for Cersei?
