Didn't the lead actress from Valerian just get sentenced to prison for making her boyfriend kill himself?

I just read a bit about it and it's a weird case. It really stretches the definition of manslaughter to the breaking point. Kind of crazy to go with that ruling, even though her actions seemed pretty cruel.
