Hannah.

pretty bad. film has no idea what it's going for. it was like watching one season of a show, if all the characterization was stripped and it was condensed into a 2 hour movie.

This has been a terrible year for movies so far, these summer blockbusters can't get here soon enough.

I just watched that one a couple weeks ago as well. Pretty interesting. I thought it was pretty very good.

I saw HunterPrey and while I enjoyed it for the most part. I probably wasn't paying attention because the last two mins confused the shit out of me.

I saw Bela Tarrs Werckmeister Harmonies. Amazing. One of the best films I've ever seen. I tried to wrap my head around it afterwards. If you've seen it, it might be interesting. If not, well, it's not. But go see it. It's absolutely amazing.

The Centrifugue: Bela Tarr - Werckmeister Harmonies (00) I: The Title
The Centrifugue: Bela Tarr - Werckmeister Harmonies (00) II: Attempt at Interpretation

I thought I would rediscover these movies, with Sidney Lumet dying this past week. His output in the mid 70's was flippin' crazy!

It may have possibly the strangest romantic interlude in cinema, and several scenes which involve Bruce Lee beating up Sly And The Family Stone, and no Italian people in it despite being set in Rome, but I enjoyed it immensely regardless. The clue is the fact that the film climaxes with Bruce Lee fighting Chuck Norris, which means it's alright by me.
