A seriously messed-up thriller starring Ellen Page as a 14 year old who meets up with a man she meets online. It gets interesting after that with some quite disturbing scenes. Overall it was a very neat and original concept but Page's acting was a bit unconvincing at times. A very good film though.

Hard Candy is superb.
Last film I watched was Choke, was fantastic.

Hmm, hated the film adaptation of Choke. To start with, I think it's one of Palahniuk's weakest novels, but they cut so many different themes out of the storyline, and failed to explain so much, it really felt like a capitalization on Palahniuk's name, and an excuse for a lot of boobs.
Thoroughly mystified by this. |

I fail to see how any kind of sequel/prequel/spinoff could have been anything but a blatant attempt at money grubbing blasphemy. |

About time they released this over here. I could watch movie documentaries all day long.

worst black metal doc of all time. it might have been good if that dippy painter, corny frost and harmony korine werent in it. if you want a definitive doc on the norwegain scene try once upon a time in norway on youtube. 7 parts i believe and in norwegian. much better!
