^ Starts off really well, and as a really novel take on the superhero genre. A very interesting idea, but halfway through you get the impression that the director decided he just couldn't be bothered to keep pursuing it, at which point a lame-arse twist is shoehorned in and it just devolves into boring, knockoff rubbish with people endlessly thumping each other and damaging public property.

I'd say it's quite missed opportunity as far as good films go then.

The Adjustment Bureau - great film! I'm never going to look at people wearing hats the same way again.... :)

I wear hats often....but I haven't seen the movie so I don't have any idea what you are speaking of

I saw Devil and it was okay. I was expecting something else from it but it was okay I suppose. Very middle of the road.

This was so ****ing hilarious, everyone watch it. It's a horror-comedy about a talking turkey bent on avenging the native americans after the pilgrims took thir land. 9/10

The tag line on the poster alone sold me on seeing that!

Can anyone tell me whether a three film Blu Ray set of Clint Eastwood's 'Fistful Of Dollars', 'For A Few Dollars More' and 'The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly' would be worth buying for £30? I've not seen any of them, but 2 of them I have heard of at least before and if I remember rightly they were viewed favourably by people who spoke of them to me.

they're all pretty good - "Fistful" is mostly a retread of "Yojimbo", the other two has interesting elements and striking violence, my fave is "TG, TB & TU" - but I wouldn't recomend geting them on blu-ray - the cinematography is not THAT great, DVDs would do just fine - if you wanna get a Sergio Leone western on blu-ray, go for "Once Upon a Time in the West" instead

I saw My Friend Ivan Lapshin today. Don't know what I think of it. It's about Stalinist secret police, but it never mentions the purges. Which kinda makes it really discomforting.
