I think it's a lot funnier than I imagined, the dialogue was spot on. It was really well directed, as you'd expect from Fincher but also really well acted, Jessie Eisenberg was wonderful and Justin Timberlake was surprisingly good. I thought the story would be the weak link, as I generally detest Facebook but I loved the story. Deliriously entertaining stuff. I genuinely think it could win best picture, I haven't enjoyed a trip to the cinema that much in a long time.
it's my favorite of the year as well. great direction, dialogue, acting, and script.

I was really sceptical about it at first, I thought the concept was really dumb but it was actually a really interesting plot...

Andrew Garfield was good, maybe the new Spiderman won't be a total shambles.

My favourite cartoon as a kid, I loved the original Spiderman when it first came out, so I'll be watching the reboot even if it's just out of nostalgia.

Mark Webb (lulz) seems like a pretty good director and Andrew Garfield isn't bad at all. Maybe it'll be good.

I want to find out how close to the truth The Social Network is, but I don't want it to change my opinion of the film in any way

I guess it's just dramatisation of history, things that happened fabricated and embellished. The direction was absolutely flawless though.

I think he will, gonna be him or Dicaprio.

It'll probably go to Dicaprio though, which I can't complain too much with because he was good. But Jesse deserves it, but the Oscars consistently give awards to the wrong people/film. So meh.

^Great film. Very funny, with some of the best Musique-concrête I've ever heard. The "story" isn't the strong point of the film, but in a way, you just don't care about it.

^Watched it some days ago. Not bad. It was a very interesting film, but sadly, very easily forgettable.

i love The Triplets of Bellville....everything about is just such candy...from the music to the incredible character design the director/writer has a new film called The Illusionist
The Illusionist (2010) - IMDb
it looks very promising

^Yeah I know. It looks grand. Thought the ratings show that it's not as good as Triplets, but who cares.

Very well done, if hardly the definitive take on the 00's some would claim it to be.
