I have'nt seen THE PRESTIGE yet. Children Of Men was seriously flawed, but it had some great set pieces.

You bought Crank... :|

OT: The Bird people in China - Takashi Miike

Bland and rather boring. I'll try and watch Ichi in the near future.

28 Weeks Later

I was not expecting anything from this one, all I can say is that I was completely wrong! This is well shot, written and played. If you have seen the first one, you will know what to expect. It was nice to see it still being set in Britain with a mainly British cast. Some great action too.

The Prestige

A great cast bolster a story that on first viewing, does'nt look that appealing. A tale of two late 19th century magicians trying to outdo each other no matter the cost. There are a couple of twists at the end, which also coincides with the films title and a magic tricks third act. This at two hours remained eminently watchable and intriguing. Nice cameo by David Bowie too.

3:10 to Yuma is one of the best movies I've seen in a few years.

I could not agree more, I made my bf leave with me half way through the movie.

Superbad- It is definitely a guy movie through and through, but I thought it definitely had its really funny parts and is worth a see.
