Classic Spike Jonze film, it's an interesting look into the relationship between the psyche and the body of a person. Very out there and wacky, funny too.

It wasn't good. Maybe that's because I'm American and have never used drugs.

I can honestly say this was the first time I watched a movie with subtitles where it didn't affect the experience. Brilliant film. 9/10

Nicole Kidman, Meryl Streep, Ed Harris, Jeff Daniels, Miranda Richardson, John C Reilly...quite the stellar cast when all's said and done and done and said. Fittingly immense performances from the lot as well. As for the rest of the film, fairly heavy-going, but an enjoyable, Virginia Woolf-centric drama all-round.

I love this movie! Ever watch that Spike Jonze DVD release with all the music videos on it? Classic stuff.

I got halfway through this last night:

Very strange, but could be worth it. Anyone else see this?

^I watched it once and loved it, but, then again, I love pretty much everything from Cronenberg, so...

So... it's not good or anything.
But it's great.
If you know what I mean.

I also watched this not too long ago. An original idea and a really good film. I spent a lot of the time though trying to figure out who the blonde lead woman was and couldn't get it, the horror of botched botox in full effect there.

i honestly think this is one of Cronnenberg's most underrated movies.....it's a continuation of the themes presented in Videodrome...ie that our obsessions with entertainment can become paranoid delusion smashing the difference between reality and fantasy.....and it has a gun made out of bones that shoots human teeth....nuff said

Is that the movie where they plug the umbilical cord looking thing into the second ass hole looking thing on Jude Law's back?
