Yeah, I finished it just a little while ago. It was okay. I think the fact that the cast were mostly pretty good actors made it a better movie than it would have been otherwise.

Yeah I was surprised to see what's his face from the Dark Knight in it. The acting wasn't half bad.

i got to see the core in the theatres!!! don't remember much except when they are drilling into like a diamond field or some crap.

I really liked it! Very well made. Surprising performances by Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning (awesome having this film released, with both of them acting crappy roles in the Twilight series in parallel -a good change.)
I've been getting into Female Punk bands, so that one was definitely a good introduction. Downloading Joan Jett's discography right now :D

first time i saw this since the theatres. deeply affecting, well acted, and brilliantly directed. among my favorites from the aughts. but it is too sad to watch often. for some reason all the girls in this movie are really hot too.

yeah, the ending is something that people either totally loved or completely hated.
