I liked Forgetting Sarah Marshall, but his character never really caught my attention. Since this is a spin-off of his character though, I'd guess it wouldnt be too good.

He obviously knows how to pick his movies and work with good directors. But that doesn't make him a great actor. People either overrate him or underrate him. For me he's just average, but I like his films. Now, Tom Cruise, I would go so far and call him a bad actor.

I liked Kalifornia. A little predictable but Pitt and Juliette Lewis really make the movie.

Anyway, on an unrelated note: that reminds me... don't smite me, but I still have never seen Johnny Pneumonic. I don't know how I'm supposed to feel about that, but I'm interested in whether any of you think it's worth the effort. Yay? Nay?
I can safely say Johnny Mnemonic is one of the worst movies I've ever seen in the theater. Main actors include Keanu Reeves, Dolph Lundgren, Ice-T, and an animatronic dolphin, so as you can imagine the acting is really something to behold.

I have no idea why 12 Monkeys would make you think of that.

Well I used to think of him as an average overrated tosser. I really didn't like him and his performances alone have changed my opinion of him, despite the fact he's managed to work with people like Fincher and the Coens he's a really impressive actor.

I didn't even like Forgetting Sarah Marshall, so the only reason I went to see this one was the 73% on RT and for cheap entertainment...
