Just got round to watching this, I've had it on DVD for over a year. I tried watching it a while back with a friend but we got interrupted after about 45 minutes into it. Really good, I'd expect nothing less from the master.

I enjoyed it, but then again I rarely dislike anything Marty does. I'd give it an 8/10. Daniel Day Lewis' accents was class, I felt the tension was built up well, I was just disappointed with the ending.

Gangs Of New York was alright. I didn't find it to be anything extraordinary myself, but I certainly wouldn't call it terrible.

Really cute little rom-com this, and has the good sense of humour about it to go with all that schmaltzy charm. Certainly a lot better than seeing 'from the makers of Notting Hill and Love Actually' would make out anyway.

i absolutely love road-warrior style post-apocalyptic films. i was cheering this one on until the silly twist at the end. too implausible.

but i was entertained well enough. no regrets :)

Non-linear plot and an emotional storyline focusing on grief and loss. I liked it. Well acted film.

Brilliant movie, one of my favourites.

The last film I watched was Cop Out. Was alright, certainly nothing special on the whole, but as a Kevin Smith movie I found it to be fairly disappointing in contrast to all of his other stuff.

Aw, I quite enjoyed this movie when I saw it too. And I think Abigail Breslin is adorable. Plus I like Isla Fisher as well... reppin' the Aussies.

Up In The Air
Fairly standard romantic comedy, Clooney is perfect for his role even if there's nothing to make it stand out.

It was alright. It was one of those comedies i would buy on DVD but only for £3 or £4 in a sale. Unfortunately its yet another comedy with a quite bland, predictable ending but an enjoyable watch all the same.

No thanks. I thought large parts of it were ultimately pointless and that it was too far up it's own arse for it's own good.
