I watched The Business last night. I enjoyed it but couldn't help thinking it wanted to have better production or cinematography. I'm ok with it not being of higher quality, it just felt like it was striving for it. It was just lacking in some way, but it's still a good flick.

I sure did! And my Shaun of the Dead cherry. Both in the same night. Anchorman was hilarious at times, the erection scene amused me.

I kind of felt with Anchorman I was laughing.. but in a guilty pleasure kind of way, it was just really silly. Almost like one of them bad spoof movies except quite funny.

It makes enough sense and it's the funniest movie I've ever seen... good enough for me!

Funniest film you've ever seen? Bold statement. But it's up there, really funny film. The erection scene in the office was hilarious. Really enjoyable. I'm trying to keep my DVD collection a bit tidier (get rid of a load of crap comedies I bought ages ago) so when I bought Shaun of the Dead and Anchorman I was feeling a bit nervous whether they'd stay in my collection. But they will both sit in my collection with pride. :thumb:

Everybody's calling me out on bold statements lately!

But yeah, I watched it nearly every day the summer it came out on DVD. We started every afternoon with a bowl of cereal and a few scenes of Anchorman. Me and my friends pretty much had the entire movie memorized. Just look at the cast: Paul Rudd, Steve Carell, Seth Rogan... there were a ton of young up and coming comedians in that film...

Still, funniest you've EVER seen! Very bold. But yeah, it's definitely up there. Really good film and I thought that when watching it, I wasn't aware of the cast and then I was like that's Paul Rudd! There's Vaughn! Some really funny lines in there, good for quoting them. I'll definitely rewatch Anchorman.

Up In the Air

George Clooney works for an agency that is hired by other businesses to fire their employees. Clooney is a loner and spends like 300 days a year traveling (or something like that).

Good movie. It's by the producers of Juno. Has it's funny moments. But it's really like one of those movies that you see once and that's enough. :)

Directed by Fred Durst. Not quite as equal of a gift to society as Limp Bizkit, but a good movie nonetheless.

For cereals though, a really good film. Don't just discredit it because Durst directed...
