I have been watching a couple of absolute shockers lately, I dunno where I keep finding them. But I'm back to form at the moment, I have The Fountain and Mulholland Drive lined up.

Mulholland Drive's ok (don't take my word for it though - a lot of people I've met absolutely love it), but the Fountain's a spectacular film; stunning visuals to compliment a great story. You should like it.

I started to watch it last night, got 40 minutes into it and fell asleep. (No reflection on the film, for most of it I was like  at how visually stunning it is.)

Not quite worked out why Hugh Jackman is playing 3 different characters but I hope it will become clear as the film goes on.

Visually stunning. There were a few things that happened in this film that are puzzling me but I think I have an idea..

Amazing, but almost entirely out of camp value.

Is that the one with the coat hanger scene?

Very much so.
