The only movie i've ever seen that has lived up to the book it was based off of in awesome. Better then Nightmare Before Christmas tbh. also one of the best soundtracks ever.

Okay I hadn't seen this before I replied to your last post re: Coraline. I am super jealous. I so badly want to see this film. It hasn't even been released here yet.

for srs? they just released it on DVD in the states. Watch it this first chance you get. It's in my top 5 for best animated movies ever. Also suprisingly correspondent with the book, something most book-to-movies are lacking.

Why should books-to-movies be correspondent with the book? You say that like it's inherently a good thing.

Are you serious? They've only JUST started showing previews for it here and it hasn't even been released at the cinemas. I hate Australia. But yeah I shall check it out at the soonest chance I get! Looks awesome.

Yeah I agree. A good book to film adaptation doesn't necessarily need to be correspondent in order to capture the atmosphere/transform words into film.

Watched Clooney vs Godzilla today on youtube. Yes, it's as amazing as it sounds.

First show captures the band extremely early in their career. They seem very unsure of themselves on stage and don't communicate with the audience at all. It's also very interesting to seem them dab their feet in some early electronica with a song like Temptation. Second show was taken at the Reading Festival. Complete opposite of the previous show. Band is very confident and Bernard interacts with the audience and their sound is phenomenal, they're old but they sound better than they did young.

Garden State. I am too lazy to get a pic. I really identify with the main character... and I know if someone made a movie about me, it would be pretty boring. 4/10
