Hehe really? Yeah I like things realistic you know? There's no need to pussyfoot around and put wool around our eyes. I mean the war times were hard, they were suffering, and were a matter of survival. So why can't they send the message to the people of this generation that this is what they went through because they were persecuted, in the most awful and real way possible. If you make things candy coated it just doesn't seem believable and people won't take those times seriously. Anyway, who says the world won't go through something similar again?

I finally got around to watching this, and it's quite a moving film with some brilliant acting, especially Shaun's character. Nice soundtrack too.

Word up there, Dead Man's Shoes was easily my favorite movie of 2006.
