Huzzah! We are in agreement. Brilliant adaptation. Try Hamlet next then with Olivier. Kurosawas Ran is also majestic.

This film couldve been better, but that doesn’t mean it was bad. There were parts during the film I thought 'god how much more longer is this gonna take' and then there were other parts I really loved. Also the soundtrack was great. and the ending made the movie worth the slow parts.
