I too wanna financially support some things, small indie movies being a good example. And sometimes the internet is going to be like nope, we're not gonna make it available to you. And I'm like but I have monays. I'll pay! And internet says nope. And I say what's the url to that site, corsairport dot org or something? Buccaneer cove?

You could be like me and see things for free when they're not available in my area in theaters and then when you like the film, buy the blu-ray anyway.

Watched Aftersun, liked it but didn’t love it. Doesn’t quite make my top 20

I did however LOVE Babylon and I’m bummed it’s doing so poorly box office wise. One of the best of the year

Glad to see Nope so high on your list. That was a great film.

Another Nope fan.

Anyone else think that Jean Jacket fashioned their shell around Jupe's hat?

I loved Nope. I was temporarily living in Spain when it came out and the Spanish title of the movie, Nop, will forever make me laugh.

Never really thought about this, clearly Jean Jacket can shapeshift so maybe this really was intentional. Cool find

And yes Nope was absolutely incredible, one of my favorite films of all-time. It would be the top movie of the year in almost any other year ever, it just happened to release the same year as The Northman which isn't just one of my favorite films but maybe my favorite period

Gotta give a shout out to Jeremy Renner. Guy was out in a blizzard plowing his neighbors when the accident happened.
He got out of the plow for some reason and the clutch slipped back into drive. He fell and was run over trying to get back into the thing to stop it.

Can't help but be reminded of Anton Yelchin.
