I think the low budget helped on THE BELIEVER and it is a well written and directed film.
What i loved most about AHX was that the buddy thing that happened with the black guy while in prison. I mean, in THE BELEIVER they show his past-jewish love interest in the last 20 minutes of the film, and that's what brings him back?

He never really becomes a man, i mean one second hes praying in the church, the other hes laying a bomb in it!

As much as i love characters who have multiple ideals going on at once, the movie just did it very awkwardly.

The Family Stone.

I really liked this movie alot, although I'm not sure as to why. People give me alot of shit because I like it, and they tell me all the time that it's a chick flick. fuck them haters, this ish is so raw. The Family Stone gets a 10/10 from me.

Watchered Gummo and Alphaville. One destroyed my faith in humanity, the other restored it.

Naked lunch - David Cronenberg Insanely brilliant. Can't understand why it's got such a low rating on imdb...:\

Breathless - Jean Luc Godard - Didn't enjoy it much

To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything- Wesley Snipes as a drag queen was mildly entertaining. It also reminded me of my love of country boys.
