Watched The Departed yesterday

Pretty fun but the twist after twist plot device is a bit dated

You know that Superman kid horror movie? If you didn't bother watching it cause you thought it'd be a piece of **** then congratulations. It was fine so long as it was a movie that made you think that it might make you guess how the alien boy would end up but halfway through when it was clear the alien boy was just gonna be an evil horror movie villain with no human consideration the movie lost all drama and nobody with half a sense gave a **** and it was just lame special effects for an hour.

Oh yeah it was called Brightburn. Your welcome?

lol that feeling when "mira sorvino" was a name anybody on earth had ever heard of

Now watching Mimic 1 directed by Guillermo Del Torro and I remember watching this as a kid and being freaked out by it but back then it wasn't a director's cut or whatever this is and I was still freaked out as a bitch. I definitely remember the dad from Family Matters being gutted. Best wishes for myself and Urkel I guess.

Oh wow I looked at a very concise description of the movie and it looks amazing. It's becoming oddly hard to look at concise descriptions of horror movies these days cause horror movies are so good and hard to describe these days, except that horror movies are making everything they can from every ounce of media they can because horror movies are literally the greatest form of movie that exists right now.

"Before WESTWORLD! Before LOST and TWIN PEAKS!"

I'm thrilled to attend theatrical screenings of episodes of the cult iconic 1967 miniseries, The Prisoner this weekend.

I have several rare artifacts from the series and have been meaning to join the Six of One Prisoner Appreciation Society. (I have my membership form and the community's official vinyl soundtrack.) It's just unlikely that I'd make the flight to Portmeirion to attend their events.

The features are in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the original mind-bending television masterpiece, frequently cited by artists and critics as one of the greatest TV shows of all time. The Guardian calls it, "The Citizen Kane of British TV."

The select episodes are fully restored in HD from the original 35mm negative.

“I am not a number! I am a free man!”
