Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

Saw Bong Joon-ho’s “Parasite” last night. If you’re a film buff you’ve definitely heard of him and this movie. Good god it is as good as advertised. What a great end of the year for film. This and “The Lighthouse” easily make my top 10 of the decade

Looking forward to this big time. It was the first unanimous winner of the Palme d'Or award in 6 years and also the first SK film to win.

Absolutely deserved, it is so beautifully executed on every level of filmmaking. I truly hope it breaks ground among the wider mainstream audiences and brings more attention to some of the wonderful films that have been coming out of Korea. I’m frankly shocked that this is the first South Korean winner of the Palme d’Or given how many great films have come from there

Mother was deserving of multiple awards IMO.

Agreed, but I'd say that Joe really earned his Palme d'Or that year.

Whether it did or didn’t, you should still watch “Mother”
