Battle Of The Sexes
Steve Carrell and Emma Stone star as world champion tennis players who fight for their own respective causes. Billie Jean King wants better woman representation in the sport I.e equal pay, equal sponsorship etc etc. Bobby Riggs (Carrell) is out to prove that men are better than women not only in Tennis, but in everything. Really well made, well acted film that maybe could've had a little more chutzpah, but nonetheless thoroughly entertaining throughout. I tended to side with Bobby Riggs because of my inner misogyny, but only because they make Riggs a pretty lovable guy surprisingly.

Tennis fan or not, it's great. Tennis fans I imagine really get the most out of it though.

Gremlins 2 was just over-the-top ridiculousness. A 90 minute fourth wall joke. But it was fun.

Absolutely! But my favorite low-budget independent horror flick is Hobgoblins.
