Hope you've seen the Seinfeld tribute episode to the movie.

Watched Revolutionary Road and Romance With a Double Bass. The former was allright, but I'm not sure what it was trying to do. Winslet's character seemed absolutely insane, but I'm not sure the movie intended to suggest that she was. Still haven't liked any Sam Mendes movie as much as American Beauty.

The latter is an odd little comedy film with John Cleese in his first non-Python related movie role. It's only 48 minutes long and pretty simple. It was fun in an old fashioned sort of way. Despite the nudity, I can't imagine this registering as an even remotely controversial movie for any normal person. Doesn't share any common ground with the Monty Python comedy style. It's more cute, silly and low key and ultimately a sort of romance (well duh, it's in the title). I liked it.

EDIT: It's apparently based on a famous russian short story. There's even a famous statue based on the story.

I watched Love Simon and Wonder Wheel during my airplane travels.. I shoulda paid for the wifi. One can only play so much Robot Unicorn Attack before they get bored and trying to read a giant graphic novel with no room sucks.

I've been re-watching "Justice League" a lot as of late. I think that I was getting tired of Marvel and needed a DC break.

Re-watched Get Out just now. Such a mind **** of a movie. It just keeps spiraling down into darker and darker ****. So glad Peele won the Oscar. More than deserved for coming up with something so damn original and unique while still being able to grab onto a mainstream audience. MIddle section of the movie has a real Rosemary's Baby kind of vibe to it.

It's not like you already shelled out hundreds of dollars or anything.
