My dad had been nagging me for a while to watch it specifically to watch it for a while just because he said it was Aronofsky? Ha, oh, well. Still a good film...

Molecules: Know what you mean about the late night TV thing! Watched this at like 2 in the morning and it just seemed to fit haha.

Even though it's apparently not Aronofsky, I want to see Pi quite badly... the identifying with cluster headaches thing :p.

How can you not like fast zombies? 1000 times more scarier than ones that move like a grandma without a walker.

Because we were brought up in a different world where speed is not always of the essence :)

 Well that was then zombies move fast now, and sometimes dont want to even eat you just beat the **** outta you. Anyone thought that was weird in the 28 Days films? They just seemed to beat the **** outta you, what kinda zombie is that?

The last movie none owned movie I watched was Into the Wild, which i believe anyone who loves movies, needs to see this film. Right now I'm about to watch Guy Ritchies "Snatch".

I completely agree, i mean look at the old Friday the 13th movies, Jason NEVER ran, but he still killed em all and was scary as hell. Now there makin a new one, and they show Jason running in the preview.

Jackie Brown distinctly Tarantino but different and almost better or at least damn good.

Jackie Brown is the only Tarantino film I don't like, actually.

Wifey Boozer 01-28-2009 08:02 AM

Favorite Tarantino films: Resevoir Dogs & Pulp Fiction... and I'm not sure if we're counting the whole Natural Born Killers thing, but that too if it counts, if anyone knows what I'm talking about. That whole dispute he had with Oliver Stone, etc...

But anyway... I just watched Backwoods on Fearnet (Free Movies on demand)... it wasn't bad, but I still don't get it. Why did they lock the girl up to begin with? And, I was suprised to see Gary Oldman in this, of all people and amongst a cast of otherwise little-knowns...

jackie brown's the only one i could watch without getting bored now, i can understand why QT gets that culture vulture accusation levelled at him, they're all too quotable and familiar. He's a bit like the Andy Warhol of cinema, and i hate andy warhol

Plus I payed top dollar to see Kill Bill vol.2 in the cinema and it was pants. I don't know. The man's workrate leaves alot to be desired, is it worth left-clicking the mouse a few times to see 'Death Proof' or will I just want to stick my head in the microwave and turn it on?

you might, planet terror is pretty great though.
