It's fascinating to watch, this being one of my ATF audio-only albums (Roxy & Elsewhere) for 40+ years, and then seeing the video. It was amazing. Last edited by Paul Smeenus; 03-06-2017 at 06:09 PM. |

I just saw Logan and I liked it a lot. Full disclosure, I didn't grow up reading comic books and I wouldn't even call myself a superhero fan. I've seen a handful of the Mouse's Marvel movies and while I think they're more or less enjoyable, they're all the same movie with the same timed comedic beats, a lame pussified villain and a mundane plot. None of the Marvel movies that I've seen are bad, but they are all so safe and it makes them boring.
I liked Logan because it actually takes some chances and does something different with a superhero. That said, it probably has more in common with Unforgiven than any superhero/comic book movie.
