I think you'd enjoy Blue Valentine then.

Watched Batman v Superman last night. Would anyone like to tell me what they didn't like about it because I thought it was quite good.

I enjoyed Blue Valentine, yes.

EDIT: Spoiler alert though, geez. Wouldn't have to see it after that post.

The whole way the movie was put together was a pacing cluster**** without artistry or effort, Lex Luthor was just Jesse Eisenberg playing Mark Zuckerberg with an annoying sense of humor, the climactic fight scene with all three heroes was lame, Superman was as boring as ever, *spoiler* Batman and Superman becoming friends just cause their mothers have the same first name was idiotic *end spoiler*, and I'm sure I could come up with many more reasons given time and inclination.

That's fair. Perhaps I just wasn't too into the movie to really see its faults. As an action movie, I thought it was pretty good. I bet if I sliced it apart though, I'd think the same as you do.

My favorite part of the movie was when Lois was about to drown so Superman saved her only to start drowning himself and Lois has to dive in and save him. I wanted it to just keep going until the movie ended.

It sounds like you were watching a Family Guy bit.

It is quite good if you take it for what it is.

My only issue with is was the build up process to the big pay off. The first 2/3 of the movie is different from the last act. Oh and the constant debate that I had with other people over Batman using a gun and being super violent to the point that he was pretty brutal and straight up killing people. I liked the entire fact that they bonded over their mommy issues. It makes sense that they would. It was much more than just "oh no they have the first name."
