Minions. While the story was obvious, it is pretty hilarious.

I was drunk last night and pretty excited to discuss the movie too, apologies to those who read spoilers accidentally on my account

It's okay, you didn't give away all of the explosions.

Civil War last night, probably on par with Guardians of the Galaxy for me.
Spoiler for Spoiler:
Been waiting for the Marvel movies to put together a truly memorable scene for a while and I think the airport scene finally accomplished that. I love that feeling of an entire sold out theater unanimously being thrilled and drawn in by an excellent scene, every person in there seemed to love every second of the battle, and when the credits rolled the theater erupted in applause, which in the last couple of years I've only seen happen after Mad Max: Fury Road, Star Wars: TFA, and Whiplash). There's a special appeal to excellent blockbusters, they may not be as memorable, affecting, or intelligent as dramatic Best Picture nominees, but there really is an art to putting together a 2 and a half hour action movie that keeps people invested and satisfied to the point of applauding at the credits.

Welcome to Leith

If you like getting pissed off at outrageously racist *******s, look no further. This is a well made documentary about neo nazis taking over a small town in North Dakota to make it a base of sorts. Great soundtrack too.

Pee Wee's Big Adventure. Very first time seeing it and I'm 34 frikkin years old. Doing my best to fill in the gaping chasms of my childhood.

Then watch Batman: The Animated Series. And if you already have, go back and do it again.

I put together a server called "RetroBox" with 100 complete series from the 80s and early 90s for my Saturday morning cereal-in-bed viewing. Looks like it's time to make that 101.

I'm interested in really well-written and cerebral cartoons. Going to revisit The Maxx and Aeon Flux in case they have any potential, but I'd welcome additional suggestions.

The Joker is played by Mark "Skywalker" Hamill BTW. Just to blow your mind a tad.
