A documentary which challenges former Indonesian death-squad leaders to reenact their mass-killings.

It's been in my queue for a long time as well.

Last night watched "Snake in the Eagle Shadow"

Tonight's movie was Troll (1986). Not to be confused with the "best-worst-movie" Troll 2, which was produced by entirely different people and is of no relation to Troll.

For the unfamilar, Troll is the story of a boy named Harry Potter who learns to be a wizard. (Seriously. That's the plot.)

The film starred Noah Hathaway (best known as Atreyu from The Neverending Story), Julia Louis Dreyfus as a whackjob, Sonny f***ing Bono, and June Lockhart (yes - HER) as a witch.

To add insult to injury, the film was scored by Richard Band who very likely was president of his high school's Danny Elfman fanclub.

It was every bit as terrible as it sounds, and I loved it.

Taxi Driver. Chilling and brilliant every time.

Like Dear Hunter, a timeless classic that will never be duplicated in regard to its reflection of a particular time.

We share a very similar taste in movies DC.

This could be a Nicholas Sparks book title where a couple meets, does couple stuff for a while, then one of them dies.

Just watched the 1960 film adaptation of H.G. Wells' The Time Machine. As a child I romanticized and fantasized about one day having an Edwardian manor like the scientist's. So thrilled that it's finally come true.

Finally got around to watching The Blind Side. Paint by numbers sentimental stuff but saved by a great performance by Bullock. Her Oscar was totally deserved. All the rest of the leads were solid too.

Delicatessen: Gilliam-esque absurdist black comedy. Bizarre in a good way. Obviously, I love **** like this.

The Act of Killing: Holy ****.
