Glad you liked it, I honestly think that it's one of the best films ever made. Everything that a pretentious person like myself could want from a film, Eraserhead delivers with service that's so excellent that I have to tip way more than 20%.

We're not pretentious. We're just better than everyone else.

Is it still pretension if the pretentioner is self aware?

This was actually quite good with a refreshing new spin on time travel (of sorts) and the inherent paradoxes involved.

Have you seen Primer? Not sure how similar it is to that film, but Primer is probably the best time travel movie I've ever seen.

No but I'm familiar with it. Time Lapse is not very deep or thought provoking, just a lot of fun once it gets going. Pure popcorn flick to pass a couple of hours away.

Right on, sounds interesting. Give Primer a go, but I recommend being in a good state to be able to wrap your head around it. Kind of a mind bender on the first watch.

TCM played this last night commercial free. Pretty sure it was the first movie that scared the crap out of me as a young kid. Except for the ridiculously bad special effects, it still holds up pretty well as far as suspense goes.

Since we're on the subject of time-travel movies: Have you seen Timecrimes?

In my queue and I'm almost afraid to watch it based on what I've read.
